How much does wedding videography cost?

Our packages start from $5,200 and most couples invest between $6,000 and $10,000 depending on what they need. We don't send a price list because every wedding is different. The best next step is a quick chat so we can figure out what makes sense for your day.

What's included in each package?

Every package includes drone footage, professionally licensed music, and a dedicated online gallery for your film. The main differences are coverage hours, film length, and how many cinematographers are on the day. The Short Film and Feature Film also include full-length speeches.

Can I customise a package?

Absolutely. We have add-ons like Super 8 film, a Teaser delivered in 7 days, raw footage, and second shooters. If you want to mix and match, we'll put something together that fits.

Do you offer photo and video packages?

We focus on film only, but we work alongside photographers all the time. If you need a recommendation, we've got a few we love working with and we're happy to share their details.

How long does it take to get our wedding film?

Around 12 weeks from your wedding day. The main thing that can slow it down is music selection, which is why we start that conversation early. We'll keep you posted along the way.

How does music selection work?

We'll ask you about vibes and genres you love. From there, we choose tracks that fit your day and license them properly through Musicbed. You don't need to pick specific songs. Just tell us what feels right and we'll handle it.

What do we actually receive?

A beautifully edited film (length depends on your package), hosted on a private online gallery you can share with family and friends. If you've added a Teaser, you'll get that within 7 days. If you've added raw footage, that comes with the final delivery too.

Can we request changes to the final edit?

Yes. We want you to love it. Once the first edit is ready, we'll send it through and you can share any feedback. We'll make adjustments from there.

How many people will be filming?

One cinematographer for the Highlights Film and Short Film packages. Two for the Feature Film. If you want a second shooter on a smaller package, that's an easy add-on.

How many hours of coverage do we get?

8 hours for the Highlights Film, 10 for the Short Film, and 12 for the Feature Film. We'll help you figure out the best start and finish times based on your day's schedule.

Do you direct us or tell us what to do?

We do direct, but it's designed to feel completely natural. We'll guide you through moments so you feel relaxed and at ease, not like you're performing for a camera. Think of it more like gentle suggestions than posed setups. Most couples tell us they just felt like they were enjoying their day, and that's exactly the point.

Will you get in the photographer's way?

No. We've worked with hundreds of photographers over the years and we know how to stay out of each other's way. We always check in with your photographer beforehand to make sure we're on the same page.

Do you bring drone equipment?

Yes. Drone is included in every package at no extra cost. We'll fly it when conditions allow and when it suits the venue. Some venues have restrictions, but we'll sort that out ahead of time.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Popular dates (especially Saturdays in spring and autumn) fill up fast. We've had couples book 18 months out, and we've had others reach out 6 weeks before. It depends on the date.

What's the booking process?

You get in touch, we have a chat (usually a phone call), and if it feels like a good fit we'll send through a quote. From there it's a signed contract and a deposit to lock in your date. Simple.

How much is the deposit?

We ask for a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day. We'll cover all the details in your quote.

Do you travel outside Sydney?

All the time. We film across NSW regularly: Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, South Coast, Kangaroo Valley, Mudgee, and everywhere in between. We've also done destination weddings further afield. If it's a good wedding, we're happy to be there.

What happens if you're already booked on our date?

If we're not available, we'll let you know honestly. We don't double-book and we don't send someone you haven't met. If your date is taken, we might be able to suggest someone we trust.
